Job Description
J24 Resourcing are looking for experienced Support Worker for ongoing temporary work, working with individuals with varied continuum of learning and physical disabilities including Autism, Down Syndrome and Mental Health Issues in residential homes.
Support Workers must be flexible to cover the following Shift Pattern’s includes a mix of Earlies, Lates, Nights, Weekends and Sleep-Ins.
Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Administering medication
- Ensure health, safety and welfare of clients
- Record keeping
- Supporting service users within the service with general household tasks
- Personal Care (If required)
- Financial Support

Valid DBS Certificate (Within 1 year)
