J24 Resourcing are looking for experienced Support Workers to work with a range of clients supporting individuals in residential settings on a temporary basis.
You will be working with individuals with varied continuum of learning and physical disabilities including Autism, Down Syndrome and Mental Health Issues.
Your day-to-day duties may include:
Administering medication
Ensure health, safety and welfare of clients
Record keeping
Supporting service users within the service with general household tasks
Personal Care (If required)
Financial Support
Job Requirements:
Valid DBS Certificate (Within 1 year)
Valid Mandatory Training Certificate (Within 1 year)
Right to work in the UK Documentation
