Our client is providing sustainable community housing with support opportunities for adults with a learning disability. The team is supporting citizens to either move to supported living when they transition from Children’s Services, move out of their current residential accommodation, or to prevent them from having to be admitted into residential care. Social Workers in the team will be responsible for completing Mental Capacity assessments, Care Act compliant assessments and Impact assessments, as well as 24/7 provision /outcomes grids and Court of Protection applications. The successful worker will have proven experience of working with adults with a learning disability, completing court ready Mental Capacity paperwork, and ideally knowledge of Liquid Logic.
